With Christmas behind us, and with a week to get started on my heart before school starts back again for me, I commandeered the old overhead projectors we had in storage in my art room and used an old transparency sheet to transfer my design onto the heart surface. I taped down the stool, projector and transparency in order to make sure if my kids, husband, or dog accidently bumped into it, I could put it back in the proper location. It took a good couple of hours to knock it out, with having to make come corrections for the convex element of the heart's surface.
